Question Upside down Eaton

This is a new buddies truck, but his eaton blower is upside down.

See if you can figure out what it is on??

Here is a closer look at the setup


It uses a rear entry Eaton supercharger, what looks like the intake on our truck is actually the discharge of the blower.

The gold thing you see are not only the intake runners, but are also the intercooler. They are hand fabricated in England by the same place that makes intakes for McClaren F1 racing. If you llok you can see the hoses going in and out of the intake, which get circulated through that huge silver radiator in the grill.

He is only running 9 lbs of boost right now, and is making over 500 hp at the wheels. He plans to bump the boost up to 13 this spring and expects to make over 700 hp at the wheels. Also remember this is a 4 wheel drive vehical. Before he bumps the boost up much more he has to beef up the transmision, and transfer case.

I can tell you it is on sick machine.

that is nice!!! can that motor handle that power stock? you would think so with AMG block.

nice setup for sure
