Lower pulley wabble ???
I would really check to make sure it is seated properly. I had a s-10 w/a 350 and the crank pulley for the accesories did the same thing. A few hundred miles later the pulley broke on the expressway. Really messy, it went into the fan, which bent and cut into the radiator. Needless to say I had hard 2 mile ahead of me.
I pulled it back off and compared it to the 2#'er I had on there and noticed the center hole was much bigger - turns out it was for the '01-'02 model with a larger center hub.
If I had run it too much longer it probably would've sheared the bolts off and caused more trouble than I'd like to think about.
