POSTING THIS HERE BECAUSE I TRUST YOU ALL MORE THAN OTHERS!

Anyways I have a speech to do in my speech/debate class tomorrow, it's gotta be 5 to 10 minutes but it can be on whatever I want. So of course I chose something worthwhile....."Why rice rockets are worst cars out there!" Anyone have any ideas of any important points I should make?

Here's some tips on what the Teacher will be looking for...

I know this first hand b/c my parents are teachers, and I work for the school district as a student teacher.

Your topic has to be debateable... I can't picture you coming up with any reason for me to not like "rice rockets" It's stricktly all opinions... No facts...

I remember when I was in High School, I did the same thing, but it was on , "Why drivers over "x amount of years" of age should not be allowed to drive" And I had facts to support my topic, i.e. slower reaction time, loss of sight, hearing loss, more fragile (in case of accidents), you can even argue how as you get older, you get shorter and can't see over the steering wheel. Get it?

P.S. Since you live in Chatsworth, what school do you go to? Maybe I might know your teacher.. I worked at CHS for a while, and now I'm over at Lawrence Middle School...

 

well its a persuasion speech, so its basically all opinionative anyways, however I really like that idea of not being able to drive......any others? I don't go to chs, my bro sort of made a bad reputation for the family name so I wasn't going to take any chances I go to montclair prep but I wen't to lawrence for 6th grade........Thinking about it, do you own the black L I see in the parking lot on indepencence?

Ok here Goes its a little long,

The whining of the supercharger the raor of the exhaust as you force fully mash the gas petal to the floor to annihlate the person next to you befor they realize the race has begun. That is what a real ford f-150 lightning is.

The ford lightning is the fastest production trick in the world. If your desire in this world is to be fast, agile , and haul 1000 pounds of lumber from home depot this is the perfect truck for you. If you are one of those people that enjoy fine tuned vehicles for the exterior depiction then you will hardly sell your self short with this limited production powerhouse. You've seen the movies were that person approaches the club or popular hot spot to be, and everyone turns their head in awe at that one vehicle that compels the oppostie sex to throw their body in your direction, well you have found the end to your long what seemed to be endless journey. The most stunning factor of this truck is its smooth lines and endles amounts of beauty. I know I know right now your saying to your self in that pondering way "well how much does this truck cost"? To what might be your amazement it is not a rediculous figure printed on the sticker. No, its a cool 30k. Here comes that voice of yours again saying" well for that much i could get a mustang or comaro". And yes you could spend your hard earned money on a Mustang or Comaro, but again this is a limited productiono vehicle meaning it will not be at every bar and steet corner you see.

So to all those knowing that this truck is for them. Whether it's for the performance aspects, the popularity aspect, or just a nice clean well priced truck. This is the titan of all trucks and you your self will be a god or at least feel god-like driving this performance machine.
