My Lower Pulley Broke Off it's Bolts

I lost all boost on the way home and checked everything. even took off the upper intake and made sure the rotors were spinning and they were. I reached over and touched the S/C belt and it moved. I could actually mone the pulley and belt with barely any strength. Took off the lower pulley and here is what i found:

All you need to do is pull that bad spindle off and bolt a new style Pulley "NO CAGE UNIT" right on, 3 bolts, easy fix, more HP.
Never seen that happen before ? I'll tell you one thing, it makes we want to go check all my allan bolts holding my upper and lower Pulleys on

lord have mercy!!!!!!!!!!

I would scrap the JDM pulley idea and get a PSP or JL pulley that doesn't break like that.

thats the nice thing about the PSP and JL pulleys, There simple stupid so there's not much that can go wrong unless you don't use locktite.

Looks like someone needs to re-design their pulleys.

They did.... My pulley was from the first batch of the interchangeable setup. They have since modified the setup.

Yea Ford does. The stock caged pulley is just as much a bitch to get off.
