Just checking to see who will be attending this event next weekend.
I know there is expected to be a big truck class.
I am looking forward to getting another group photo like last year.

You don't want to miss this one, I hear MM & FF will be there taking photos. A group of us got our photos in during the JDM event in Apr 01 and now the Lightning class is really growing.
If you have to work, you have to work.
I made plans to be there along time ago.
I know there will be alot of 2nd Gens, and I know of about ten 1st Gens that will be there so far.
They usually block off an area for the Lightnings. The class has come a long way from when it only had 4 trucks in attendance in 1998. That was Sal , myself and a couple of others.
Glad you will be there Vinney,I think you have one of kind of show trucks that MM & FF tend to look for, I still love that hood.

I am planning on coming down, and I heard I will be racing.
It should be a great event, and one not to miss if you can get the time off work and make the trip. I am looking forward to this event and also to getting back behind the wheel of (MLNIUM).
Wish me luck and if all goes as planned MLNIUM will be getting some long awaited track time.

Does anyone know what the deal is with the truck class this year? In past years, the truck class was run on saturday, and then some people stuck around for Sunday and entered the brackets. On the flyer I have, it still lists the truck class on Saturday, but also lists the JDM Lightning Class on Sunday. And there are no details for it (bracket, heads up, open comp, etc.). I asked Jim at the MM&FF shootout and he had no clue. Just wondering if anyone called the track and got the scoop.

I need to call the track to find out, I got a brochure about the event, and I think it will be like it has been for the past few years.
The truck class will be Saturday, I am just concerned that there maybe so many trucks that the eliminations may spill over to Sunday, no Telling.
you know from past experiences the track has been pressed for time and we do alot of waiting, and Chatting.
I don't know if I will make it to the JDM event on Friday, I was at the last one when it got rained out, and that was a long drive.
I am going to try to make it though. I positively will be there on Saturday.
