Talking 00 L owners

Well just got back from a test drive on a 2000 L and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with this trucks performance the car is real clean and only has 10k on it any how I noticed that at WOT right as it shift there seems to be some sort of noise... perhaps like a "Blow off type/Bost bypass" then it grabs the next gear i only noticed this on WOT run gettin on the freeway is this normal..Excuse me for the stupidity I've owned nothing but N/A Z28's for the last 4 years. I just wanted to make sure this was a mormal thing. but i didn't get another chance to stand on it cause highway patrol was out. And realisticlly how easy is it to get the 00 model into the 12' and not compromise reliablity and streetability thanx as always

I don't know about the noise, but its not very hard to get into the 12's. Pulley, chip, air filter, and good tires.

It normal. I believe it not only dumps boost but also shuts down four of the cylinders between shifts. It is used to save wear and tear on the Tranny. A chip would solve that problem for you

Normal, and not so hard to hit the 12's. Mine is a daily driver year round.

2000 L's

My 2000 L run's very low 12's and is totally streetable, you'll only need a few mods to break into high twelves and still be dependable, good luck, John H.
