Race wheel/tire combo for front?

Any recommendations for front race wheels/tires? I think running "skinnies" on the front would make a big difference compared to the heavy and wide stock wheels. Is there anything close to a skinny that will fit the Lightning? 16x5" or 6" etc. Also what hole size and offset should I order?

Just try and find the smallest 16 inch rim and tire you can get your hands on. 16x7 was it for my combo. But there light weight enough for me.

Front runners (16x7) slicks (16x10) street tires (20x9).

RTKILLA,
Good advise and pics. Thanks. How much do your wheels weigh?

Sal put out something on this I think. Be sure the tires you use will support the weight of the front end and have the correct speed rating.
