Driving school. $2000 on go-fast parts just to impress somebody else, IMO, is a waste of money. Instead, it would be $2000 for go-fast skills and a lot of fun while learning.

Always with the driving school! Man, keep rubbin it in, I'll get there soon enough! Then you will be beating me off with a stick!

i'm assuming you have all no speed mods currently? if so a shift kit, deep sump tranny pan, chip, pulley, filter, colder plugs, electric fan, water pump (electric maybe?), single blade t/b, slicks or drag radials, and traction bars.

recommendation

flip chip-$400
intake upgrade-$400
accufab throttle body$480
lower pulley-200-480
breather, plugs, boost bypass kit $50
Line mod valve (recommend full valve body)

prices will vary between tuners. These prices are rounded. I recommend JDM or LFP, both of which have been good to me. Also, check the classifieds, lots of good used stuff, the more used stuff you buy, them more product you can get for the same as you would be spending new. Those listed mods, along with the water pump/d-fan that is not listed, dropped my 1/4 times over 1 full second.

If you plan on buying this stuff all at once, check out JDM's stage kits that are availible, or talk to the other tuners about setting you up with a good price if you are buying quantity. I'm sure they will do something for ya.

$2000 for a driving school, LMAO.

All I did was read twist of the wrist ($12.95) and after 1 year of local WERA club racing I got 13th place in a AMA superbike race at Daytona during bike week? I sure couldn't of done it without a few HRC parts$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I don't know man, sounds like you could be making a few bucks off this farce I mean "racing school".

I can sit a Asian grandmother down in a car in the parking lot and after 1 hour she could elude 99.99999999% of every "trained" driver, please.

Son go get your basic chip, filter, 4lb pully, and long tube exhaust from PSP or JDM. Find an empty parking lot or dirt road, just be sure you read the book before you test anything out and not during.

I will give you good answer...this is what you need and what you can afford

Superchip/Diabosport Chip - (Custom Tuned if possible) $275
Induction kit with 90mm MAF - $390
6# pulley - $180
Line Mod Valve - $90
Boost Bypass - $25
Electric Fan Kit - $450 or make your own for about $150
High-perf water pump - $100
Plugs - $50
Traction bars - $150

You should have about $350 bucks left which you can spend on '01 Taillights or whatever else you want
