Boostin01L ,

Behind the headlight are two silver looking screws sticking out, they have a very small hex head on them, (can't remember the size, like 4mm or so).
From my experience, the outer one, nearer the fender is the up and down adjuster and the inner one is the right left adjuster.

Use a cardboard box or piece of plywood standing in front of the light you are adjusting, turn it on and mark the top and bottom of the visible light pattern with a pencil or marker. Then begin adjusting slowly and check your marks. One inch higher on the box or wood at close range = a whole lot more light down the road.

If everyone is hitting you with brights, take it down a notch.
Good Luck.

Or just take it to a headlight adjustment station for the Auto Club, should be about $20 for an adjustment. (preferred)

When I put the 2" drop shackles on the rear of my Lighting I adjusted my headlights to compensate for the change.

Don't take the headlights out! Just turn the adjustment studs to the desired height. I believe the end of the studs have a really small square head. I just used a small wrench or adjustable wrench to turn the studs.

Point your truck at a wall or your garage door so you can see how much you are adjusting.

FastAsL,

Look straight down the first opening behind the headlight assembly, may not be silver, but there is an adjustment screw, looks like a piece of 1/4" all thread with an small hex head on it. Pep boys has an adjuster for Ford headlights, about 6 or 7 bucks.
