My wife has a BMW 330 with sport suspension, and if you think the L's brakes leave dust, don't even think about a BMW. The brakes are great, but the dust in incredible.

Honestly, I don't think the stockers dust _that_ bad (nothing like my Z06). However, since I'm going to paint the wheels white, much dust at all and the wheels will look _really_ bad, really quick. I'm **** enough to keep the truck looking very clean, but I'm not gonna wash the wheels EVERY TIME I drive it.

I just replaced the front pads and had the rotors turned..the left right inner pad was grinding...at 40000 miles. I would liked to have used the hawk pads but was in a hurry to get the truck up and running. I used some pads from Discount Auto Parts. They were rated for 7700 lb trucks and above. Silver made by Ferodo,
They do not squeal. I never had a noise problem with any of my there Gen II Lightning as far as the brakes are concerned. The pads were like 30 bucks. Twenty to have rotors turned. I did replace an inner grease seal I cut removing the rotors and bearings.
My son just put Hawk pads on his Mazda MP3. They are very good compared to stock on his car. They stop like right now...

i did my pads at 4000 miles .switched to ceramix.they work mint.almost no dusting at all.you could also try brakedust covers .there round disc that get mounted behind the wheel and prevent dust from comming through.not sure who makes them ,but seen them at the fleemarket and on a few ricers.

It's a stroked 351W (425ci) and my motor may sound similar, so I added the clip for fun. The engine in the sound clip has Trick Flow R heads, Edlebrock Victor Jr. with 1" spacer and puts out 535 HP @ 6200, 500 lb/ft at 4500 with a redline of 6800 RPM. It's in a Pantera.

So far though, the best sounding engine clip I have found is in this clip.
