You click that thing that's ^^^ up there when you post a reply that says IMG and put the link to the picture in the bar that pops up.

You need to put the picture on the web. You could use F150Online Galleries. Then post the entire URL between the [img] tags...

There are Dozens of posts with details about how to post pictures. Look in the Questions about the site forum
