Fuel rail question

Would like to replace my fuel rails with one that allows an adjustable regulator. Does anyone know if the 96 - 98 GT fuel rails would work on the L? Are these the same as JDM sells with an adjustable regulator?

HI!... I just got done with what you want to do. I have a "99" F-150 with the 5.4 and it has a non-adjustable fuel regulator that is built into the factory fuel rail. I got a fuel rail off a "98" 5.4 engine and it bolted right up to my engine. It has a mounting plate designed for the stock non-adjustable fuel regulator. I removed the stock fuel regulator and installed a AREOOTIVE billet aluminum fadjustable fuel regulator. I've currently got mine set at 38PSI at idle and it peakes at 48PSI at WOT. Here's a few pics.
