i received my mac catback last week, and had it installed on fri. when i picked it up i noticed one of the chrome tips was scratched where you could see it. i e-mailed Don at chikenears over the weekend and today he sent me an e-mail telling me he had a new set of tips being sent under warranty from mac. alot of times you never here about the great service we get from some of our supporters, so i just thought i should let you know about my experience with chickenears eng. i will definitely be giving them more of my business. jim, '01L in chas., sc.

 

Tim and Don went out of there way to get me my stuff before Chikeneers engineering even excisted.
