K-Mart, WalMart, Circuit City, and Tweeter also have them. Two are very common - the Scosche and the Metra. The Scosche has a narrower, taller hole about the size of a pack of smokes. The Metra is wider/narrower with ridges which allow it to firmly hold a single CD. Both are under $10.

I bought and tried each. I used the Metra.
