This is my first post, but I have been reading posts here for months and have test driven an L. 2 people I work with drive L's and I finally decided to sell my Mustang GT and take the plunge. My question is who in here lives in the southeast and has used the X-plan to purchase an L? I have sent out multiple e-mails asking SVT dealerships if they will sell me an L on X-plan and the replys are slow and far between. Can anyone tell me a good dealership in the southeast who sold you an L via X-plan without hastleing the crap out of you about it?

I called Maroone Ford of Ft. Lauderdale, FL... they stated they had an 02 TrueBlue, and I could get it on X-Plan. Went there 2 hours later and got it, no hassle. Good luck...

It's not real close to you, but definately do-able. I bought mine from Universal Ford in Richmond, VA...they were terrific. I highly recommend them. Just head straight up I-95.

 

Thanks for the replies guys, as always the Lightning community seems to be the most helpful family out there. I've driven as far as Phoenix, AZ, lived there a few years, so anyone feel free to add other dealerships near or far.

If you want a white NEW 2001 L you can drive up I-95 to Wilson, N.C. at Lee Motor Company. I feel sure you could get better than X plan on that one. I do not think they have any 02's left. Call Ronnie Galloway at Lee Motor Company in Wilson, N.C. for more info.

 

Try Bill Miller(Sales Manager) at Gene Evans Ford in Union City, Ga. They're just SW of Atlanta off of I-85. That's were I got mine on the X-plan. Bill said not to send him anymore X-plan buyers but you never know; business might be slow now???
