Question Will top end suffer with 15" slicks on an '01

If I put some 15" slicks on my 2001 Lightning, will I lose too much at the top end?

See sig...................they are fine in the 1/4 mile but anything longer, and they would be a liability.

Why not get some 16x10 rims with some Hoosiers 28x10-16 slicks

They work great and you don't have to mess with your rear brakes.

No brake modifications required for this setup
Good price on a slightly used set.

Impossible Some sort of modification has to be done to your stock setup.
