My '02 L is missing a bracket on the engine....see pic

What's that bracket for? The bolt, and the bracket ABOVE the bolt is missing.

mine has no bolt...but the bracket is there...i heard it wasnt used anymore...

once upon a time, the power brake booster supply line bolted to this bracket, but for whatever reason, they changed it and now it just sits there.
