Throttle body Question

Throttle body Question
I have a new accufab single blade and need to measure and adjust the voltage at the throttle position sensor . What kind of readings should I look for?

I think not greater then .95 volt.

What are some of the symptems of improper voltage draw?

Idles bad. May surge up and down like it can't adjust correctly.
