Question O.K To Tow

Has anyone towed a 16 ft trailor with two Honda 400ex quads with there L before. I would like to go on a trip but i don't want to hurt the L . I'm from Northern Kentucky and planing a trip to West Virgina. Lots of mountains and hills to climb. Don't want to hurt my babie.

I've towed a 400ex and a bayou 300 w/ my L with no problem at all. Where in WV are you heading to? I live in huntington, there are good trails all around here. Good luck

I'm heading to the Hatfields/ McCoys trails. Never been there, I saw a review in the dirt wheels magazine. Looks like a cool place to ride.

I've never been there either, but my buddy has been that way a couple of times and says that the trails go on forever. Fun times i'm sure...

i pull my boat with my lightning everynow and then. i also have pulled 3 quads on a 14 ft trailor with no problems. plus, its so much fun still being one of the fastest vehicles on the road with a couple thousand pounds behind your truck....chris

Assuming a stock L, good fuel, not much tongue weight and the trailer has brakes... It is not a concern until about 6000 lbs

Try the search

This should be enough Torque to make those hills.
