1st time at the track...

finally took my 99 L down the the richmond drag strip yesterday...1st run i didnt know what the h3ll i was doing and rolled past the beam so my tiome started and I sat there like an idiot for about a sec before i took off haha...ran a 15.2

2nd run- found out what to do and ran a 14.2...this is in 90 weather by the way

So now its time for the elimination roud and I pull up next to a probe. Well I put a 14.2 on the window cause thats what I thought I was going to run??? Light turns green and I pound it, I ran a freakin 13.9 bone stock Even though I red lighted I was still happy. I think in cooler weather I might be able to run a mid 13's. what do u think??

Thumbs up

Congratts on your first time at the track. Looks like you have a good running truck. In cool air you should be able to knock a few tenths off your time.

Welcome to the board, MejiaWeNejia!
Those numbers look pretty typical. My first run was 13.8 @ 102 when the temp was in the 60s and my past 2 trips to the track I was only able to get a 14.1 @ 99 but the temp was in the middle 90s.
