Thumbs up Bling Bling Side Steps!!

Well i got bored again and took my stock side steps and sanded them smooth. Then painted them and wet sanded them and added some nice billet inserts for them from www.billetandacrylic.com The inserts have a Ligthning bolt milled into the top of them. Let me know what you think. Thanks to VINNIE for snapping the pics for me yesterday when we were doing the drop.

Heres one pic.

Heres another shot.

And one more. My truck isnt Shiny is it HEHE. Notice the reflection of me and VINNIE in the side.

Those are badass man! Im still trying to find a blue paint which matches my truck. I wanted to do my side steps and bed rails. I took a piece of plastic I had laying around, sanded it and whatnot, and practiced the instructions you had given me on how to do it... and after a few try's I figured it all out. I may go to Ford and get some True Blue paint tommorrow. Thanks for the instructions man!

Im not either, but Rich (TampaSVT) had said that he did sidesteps in a blue carbon fiber, and it was going on a True Blue and looked great. When he gets pics hes gonna send me them. If they looks sweet IMO, im gonna go for em. But for now, im goin your route and smoothing/painting them.

They are a bitch to get off the clips are a pain in the @$$. I just used my hands and squeezed them as hard as i can and pushed them out. Make sure the exhuast is cool when you take them off since the exhuast pipe on the pass. side is right where you will be sticking your hand.
