Talking Had my first C5 snack today...

Nice bright yellow convertible with a mid-life crisis type at the wheel. Got a half car length off the line on him, and pulled another car length to 80 before getting out of it. His looked to be an auto, couldn't tell for sure, but still it was a fun kill. Got a nice thumbs-up from him after he did a ricer fly-by.

Now I need to find some more victims...

Mine must be the longest mid-life crisis on record.........The difference is now I can really call it a mid-life crisis...............Well, okay, I could have called it a mid-life crisis a few years ago. Now, I use the term "mature".

I was no where near you before anyone accuses me of being there........mid-life, how about end-of-life crisis. I refuse to grow up, but I have to grow old

GROW UP ????

Grow up?

What's that?

The older I get the more childish I seem to become.

This "mid-life crisis" is the reason I have now owned 2 L's in the first place...

PS
2cool...

Nice kill.

There's a smart *** kid around here who drives a black vette and he's wanted to race. I'm just waiting to run into him on P.V.Drive West wher I can give him a spanking he won't soon forget.

I've raced two C5s,and both were auto..From a start i've amazingly pulled a half a car on them with a chip and intake...I think our Lightnings can still have an advantage on these cars with just chips and filters..I could only imagine what they would do with a pulley.

I was just shocked..

BTW. I know after about 80mph the C5 darts away but I think its cool that it leaves the C5 driver in amazement of after you let off at 80, This guy is like, "I just got owned by I pickup?".. I believe some of them still believe that if you pulled away from him up to 80 and let off, if the race kept going you would have demolished them...
