what would you do with $3000 to your lightning?...

what would you do with $3000 to your lightning?...

Ive got 3 grand to spend on my truck..what should i get? I've currently got these mods.

JLP 4# pulley
JLP Intake
JLP Diablo chip
Denso 1t24 plugs
Venom VCN1000 nitrous kit

Im considering going to a 6 pound pulley...but what else should i get?

I would pass on the Nitrous for now

Get the pulley, chip, intake, cobra water pump, and a set of NGK TR6's from who ever you like.

Get the JDM electric fan

in place of the nitrous get a set of traction bars and some slicks.

Thats my sugestion

i like that go to vegas idea, but since i already live in vegas, i would get a full Bassani exhaust!

I should have been a bit more clear... i already HAVE these mods on my truck:

#4 pulley
chip
intake plugs
nitrous

and i already have GHOST FLAMES...

so that being said... what should i spend my cash on?

Do a 1-2 drop, some sort of rear traction bars, then get some new wheels and rubber. Including an extra set for the strip. If you go cheap on the wheels (or not at all) put a bigger stall converter in.

Get a full exhaust kit with long tube headers. electric fan with cobra R pump, single blade TB, shift kit with tranny pan. This should take care of your $3000

get some traction bars and a set of QA1 racing shocks, then a cat back to make it sound better.

How much would a new shortblock cost? I havnt seen any prices on them...wouldnt a simple rebuild kit (around $2000) be sufficiet?
