We built a house in 98 and had similar issues. Neighborhood ended up having non-involved/caring "how-dare-you-tell-me-my-little-charob-did-something-wrong" parents culminating in the creation of disrespectful little bastards.

Sold it for what we paid, got the ***** outta there and now we couldn't be happier. Bigger house/garage, nicer neighborhood, and parents that give a damn about their kids whereabouts, involvements, and discipline accordingly.

I've got the same thing in my neighbourhood. On my way to bed the other night and I saw a 17 year boy and girl testing out my front lawn to see if it was good enough for some action. She decides it is too wet and then proceeds to lay down on the sidewalk. This is all 15ft from my sons bedroom. I called the cops when she whips out his Johnson. It was like the movie Something About Mary when the police show up. Could have sworn he injured himself zipping up. Anyhow the girl gets in the car and starts it before the police stop her. Dumb move on her part. Shes drunk. Goes to juvi. Long story short this activity with underage kids goes on all the time. Comes from one house. Parents don't care. Dad thinks he is god because he is vp for a large grocery store chain. Even still he couldn't pay the money he owed me through my business. BTW last year he was awakend by some kid stroking himself in his own bedroom(dads that is) and mumbleing about how much he likes his daughter. Parents need to be involved positively in the kids lives. I could go on with lots of other stories of this house but it isn't worth it. Just wish I would have video taped it.

 

It sux that many parents fail to teach their young the basics of living in society... I guess that their parents didn't teach them either.

I used to get sooo pissed when I came up on people doing 45mph in the fast lane, felt like I wanted to teach them not to - like taking time to explain to people who talk loudly in the movies that the theater is not their living room - but now I just SSH them.

Sometimes ya gotta just throw rocks or baseballs at their heads and move on.

To bad your in the US where law suits are the rage, if you where in Ontario you could buy a 1972 Lincoln Continental for $50 and use it as a battering ram on Johnny Underage driving head.

No fault insurance makes it just the thing, and if its done on private property (like a school parking lot) there are no traffic charges.

Get flood lights that shine on there house 24-7, and try to get them on camera breaking the lights....thats destruction of private property.

Between my cobra which wakes the entire neighborhood up and my lightning comming in at 4 am my neighbors are pretty cool no bitches they even tell me to burn it up somethimes.!

 

Usually the trashy clods you are dealing with are cowards to the bone.

Sometimes it helps to get nasty with them. Might work to approach them and advise them if they keep messing with you and your stuff, they are going to meet with a serious "accident".

Also, doing things like suddenly popping up unexpectedly while they go about their business and things like that might rattle them some. Try and get them to start looking over their shoulder.

Sometimes, it does not hurt to give people the impression you are a little crazy.

I done of some of these types of things, and they seem to work out.

Of course, if you are moving away soon, then I would lay low, wait six months, and then do your worse. But, probably by then, you will have forgotten about it.

It would look ugly but you could simply put up some 6ft fencing blocking there path towards your vehicles. Quite frankly I don't see any easy answer for you except to burn their house down when there not home, "BUT" I do know how to make there life a living hell. Simply call the local Child Abuse Department and say you constantly see the women beating her children and you know she's on drugs. Then threw many empty crack viles on her front lawn a couple of days later.

You are all right about the parents. They even skipped school yesterday (yes it's on camera, playing basketball).

Today my 12 yr old son saw the 15 yr old run a stop sign at estimated 35 MPH. This state he can't even get a permit until he's 16.

A person can only take so much. This is such BS. We actually have a 6 foot fence out back, the bastard threw firecrackers over the fence on the 4th. I will never forget, and will go out of my way to give back a little misery.

Find the meanest, biggest, ugliest minor in the neighborhood. Explain the problem. Tell him he'll get $100 upfront and $50/month for each month no damage occcurs to your cars.

my neighborhood is full of little munchkins with *****, and handlebars, and anything else that can damage my truck. All the parents in the neighborhood freak out if their kid even comes ont he sidewalk near out trucks. Haven't had any trouble and hope i don't have to.


What i would do is go down to home depot and buy some stokade fence. From looking at your area, you could run a string down the driveway from under 300 bucks. Set it a foot off the property line and paint the side facing their house bright pink!!!. The fence is on your property technically not bordering their property, so there aint a thing they can do, and everyone will think they are a bunch of freaks for a having a pink fence(even though it's not theirs), and they will have to look at it!!!
