Unhappy Supercharger

Well I took my truck into ford for a couple minor problems such as truck not turning over after being drove all day and a rattling noise when the air is on and the truck is at a idle. Turns out they run some test and tell me the truck wasn't getting any boost past 50 mph. I never had that problem before I took it in, so they're telling me they have a new supercharger on order for the truck. In the mean time they gave me the truck back and said it would be alright to drive the truck in the meantime until they get the supercharger in. The funny thing is the truck gets boost now and runs fine. My question for you guys is there anythig else that should be done with the truck since the supercharger is getting swapped. The service manager told me no but didn't seem to knowledgable about the situation. I guess what I'm trying to ask is there anything else I should make sure to tell them while there doing this. I plan on putting mods on my truck in the future and with this supercharger being swapped it just kind of worries me.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Swapping the blower isn't a big deal....an hour or two job and it shouldn't effect anything. I agree, I doubt the supercharger has an issue.

The only suggestion I have is to ask if they will swap it for a Kenne Bell.
