Do they offer them in their catalog? If not, where's the best deal and what do I need to know?

 

Do a search. There's plenty of choices. You can send your rim's to get the chromed, you can do an exchange where you receive rim's and send your old ones back, or you can buy a whole new set. I have also seen sets go for cheap on ebay. Good luck!

 

I have NOT seen Chrome Rims from Ford with Ford Part numberts since the 99-2000 style.

You know, I'm sure this will not set good with all, but I seem to consistently sense that some people are "bothered" that someone asks a question that has been asked before. The interesting is that if these people don't want to reply, (i.e. they are tired of hearing about the subject) why do they read the post much less waste their valueable time with a reply. The way I see it a repeated question isn't any worse than some of the other subject matter going on here.

 

There are no dumb questions. But sometimes by doing a search you will come across so much infomation that you will start doing more mods to your truck! Thats a good thing, right?

 

I don't want to contribute to a negative trend, overall this is a very well mannered forum I have seen other boards where each and every spelling or grammatical error is flamed out of proportion. In general, questions are answered no matter how many times they are asked. I have seen Senior members answeror post in almost every forum, whether they know an answer or not.

BUT..... I have to take exception to Silver 2001 and his holier than thou reply to the Chrome wheel question. In my opinion it was out of order. The guy has posted 13 times to YOUR 3200+. I have been reading this forum for over a year, and I never knew even paid attention to ANY of those links at the very top of the site..... cut the new guys some slack or at the very least ACT like you are wanting to show them a way to navigate the website. The guy may not have time to wade through hundreds of postings that may or may not be relevant to his situation.

Sorry for the rant...... just felt like as much comeraderie there is on this board that your reply was out of order.
