Number 7 coil screw

stripped on me. That sucker is on there extremely
tight. How do i get it out now. The dealer did the
last change. I did everything right the other plugs were no problem. Used the 7mm swivel head,
plenty of clearance and the dam thing stripped on
me because it was on there so tight. What do I do
now????????????? Need suggestions
Thanks

What do you mean do not worry about it?
All the other plugs were changed to densos.
The #7 plug is still the stock plug. I was
thinking of letting the dealership deal with
it since they put on so dam tight. And see if
I can get it under warranty. Still open for
suggestions. Thanks

Dealer prolly cross threaded the bastid !!! I had to retap three
of mine when I changed them out. "If it turns too tight,
something ain't right!" was what my grampa used to say.
And the plugs were TORQUED to the MAX also.

Cliff

BTW, with a TON of help from Crazyone, I finally got all
mine changed. What a difference with NEW TR6's in there.
The old ones only lasted 8K ... Just for a reference, some
people change them after every racing weekend.

Heli coils are the best way to fix it when your out of warrenty, but I would make ford fix it if your under warrenty.

I change my plugs more then I change my oil

Thanks, guys for all your help. I am going to the
dealer first for the warranty. If not I have a job
ahead of me.
