95 Lightning burning oil

I have a 95 lightning and its burning about a quart of oil every 500 miles or so. i was wondering if anyone has had a similiar problem. I have had compression checks and they check out and im not loosing antifreeze. So i dont think its lower end or gaskets. Ive heard it could be the Pollution control valve does anyone have any ideas. Also i cant find the pollution control valve on regular 95 150s 5.8L they are on the passenger side valve cover, but is not? thanks

What does the exhaust pipe look like inside? 500 miles/quart is pretty serious oil consumption.
