I'm running the ones that mount below the axle. Very well built and fully adjustable. They also work on a lowered (Roush in my case) truck. A little tricky to install, but well worth it. Two thumbs up.

Awesome quality! I have the above models because of bassani catback. Install takes about 2 hours not too bad though. I run them with 28-10-16 hoosier slicks. Haven't had o adjust them at the track yet but it looks simple. Low spinoff the line and no wheel hop strip or street. Expensive but worth every dime.

Great traction bars. Quiet, Well worth the money.

They make Upper and Lower trac links.

One of my bud's runs the Upper Trac links on his 01 L, I run the Lower Trac links on my L.

Before Metco traction bars, 2 broken driveshafts within two back to back weeks at my local 1/4 mile track running Nitto Drag Radials.

After Metco bars installed, Several trips to the track, NO problem anymore.

They help you Hook up!!!!

Unhappy

I originally bought a set of the Metco upper controls tracs after much checking around only to find after I got them you need the lower ones to fit on a lowered truck. I ended shelving them and buying JL's , which I haven't been able to test yet cause my truck is still in the shop.

Can you explain? I have some LFP/Metco upper links waiting to install on my Hotchkis-lowered L. Are you saying this won't work? Why?

Thanks,
TLS

i run the lower trac link setup by metco, little tricky to install, but work great. how about 1.72 60ft's with a stock converter and mild mods to the truck! i think they work great.

Tim, Quite simply the upper trac links won't physically fit under your truck after lowering. At the time I bought mine I only had the Hotchkis lowering kit too and they definitely wouldn't fit. If you want a more detailed explanation of the problem email this guy : zanotto@optusnet.com.au , he's the one who does all my suspension work.

I found them providing a more sure footed ride and also took almost 1/10 off my 60' times. They are worth it! Here are a couple of pics of my bars. These are the uppers. I do have Bell-Tech 2" Drop Shackles in the rear.

This is from atop of tire looking down.
