I pulled up in sonic in my L. There was a Boss 5.4 parked so I parked beside it. I went over and talked to a couple of buddies . He was getting in his truck to leave .He pulled beside us and I yelled Hey do you race your truck.He said"On Occasion".He said I would like to see what I can do with an L. He goes it should be a pretty good race, I have 380 hp in the mototr stock!!!!!!!LMFAO.I was like you dont have a super charger and he said oh no its all in the motor. Ok first of all I drove that truck before he did cause I work at a local dealership.and it is slow as hell.its basically a V-6 roush compared to a stage 3 roush because the L has no competiton in racing a Boss. I just thought this was down right hillarious!

 

Its easy to shut people like him up...

"Put your Money where your mouth is!"
"Put up or Shut up!"
"Money Talks and BS walks!"

One of those lines should solve the problem.

Well, he might have actually thought that's what it was. Not everyone knows what they were driving. I know a girl who drives a Z06, and doesn't really know what that means, other than it was more expensive, and "faster".
Perhaps the sales person told him that. My sales person told me that my truck could out accelerate a Vette, stock. . I said "Z06?" and he said yep. Haha...

 

I should have raced him but he said his motor wasn't broke in enough I said give me a hollar when its broke in enough cause Im gonna make it look broker.I shouldve told him to pop the hood and said "Man that invisible supercharger is putting out some mad boost LOL.
