I think I have a couple of bad coils and would like to know how to test them. I know there is a way for me to test the resistence with my OHM meter. I would like to know were you test and what theacceptable reading is.

Its been covered a couple times... NO one has come up with good test ... Mostly due to failures under load which you cant easily replicate with ohm meter

Thanks Doug I was hopeing for something to try before I take it down to Ford tomarrow Just to make sure it is a coil and not something else.
