Doug, those numbers are Fords "advertised" numbers for the 99 Lightning, of which we all know they are faster than that . I noticed the upper pulley too, seems to be the only visable mod. I laugh when I see these custom show trucks and then you open the hood and there isn't even a filter. LOL.

it's official!!! the state of Florida now has more "special" lightnings than any other state. hopefully someone can get these people together for a "special" race. here's what i'd like to see:
