SES light
Need some help from you more knowledgable folks. My SES light came on today but the truck seems to be running fine. I have no mods...except for a K&N filter that I put in about 300 miles ago. The truck only has 10,000 miles on it and I can't get it to the dealer for a few days. Is it still safe to drive or should I just park it until I can get it in?

You might try cleaning(carefully--alcohol.Q-tip) the MAF wire/sensor. Some of the oil from the K&N may have migrated on to the wire???
To turn the light off, just disconnect the negative battery cable, turn the headlights on for 5 minutes, turn the h/ls off, and reconnect the cable Shouldn't hurt anything to drive with it on until you can get it to the dealer if it comes back on.
