Traction Issues

The only place I couldn't get the rubber to stick was on the pavement.

Made 7 runs on Saturday at St. Thomas Dragway. The best I could muster up was 1.976-60 foot-13.211@107.86mph.
It was extremely hot out with a temp of 88 and very high humidity and a very slippery track. I fought with traction all day long.
My Lightning mission statement is to get the beast to run 12.999999999. I feel I have the power there. Obviously driver improvement is needed in the 60 foots, and some nice cool temps would also help out a great deal.
Is it time for some traction bars. Will the cool temps, driver improvement and some traction bars get me those 3/10ths of a second needed to accomplish my mission.
The truck felt super strong, mph are up there. I feel I can hit the 12's if I can get the F1's to hook.
What do you guys and gals think ? Is this wishful thinking or do I have a real shot at it ?

Have a great day eh ! ......... Dave

I bow down to anyone that can get into the 12s with F1s on! Some have but I couldn't.
