Cleaning Lightning badges

This is an odd question....
The black plastic around the chrome "Lightning" on the badge is starting to look kind of dull...
Are there any secrets to cleaning this?
I know this might be a dumb question...

You can use acetone to get rid of the black background, I think they looke better that way.

Nah... I don't like the way the acetoned badges look... any tips on cleaning the black-painted part?

U could try a Q-tip with some "back to black" on it.

It's Mother's Back to Black. It turns dull gray oxidized plastic or vinyl trim back to that nice black. You can get it at most auto parts stores.
