Hard to see the difference...

Here's mine....

Mine came with my hood when I ordered it. Guess I got lucky.

Yep. But, if nobody would point it out, you wouldn't notice it...

Maybe if the pics weren't so large, we wouldn't notice it

TampaSVT,
What finish are your Street Scene grills?

I think they come in two choices... Satin or Chrome.
Or do they come in other finishes?

I've got a 01 Silver L and don't know which finish would look better with it. That picture you posted was the best close-up I've seen of them.

Thanks,
Eric

I prefer satin. Uh... Ooops...

Seriously, it contrasts nicely with all of the chrome.

haha... yeah I didnt notice Rich's in person at all untill we started talking about his hood and he pointed it out. Its really hard to see the difference unless your face is right up there close up. Actually its really hard to see even in the pic he posted. Hey Black2000 : what the hell res is that friggin pic? I have a 21 inch monitor running 1280x1024 and its just about my whole damn screen!

oh and my votes for satin! check out chikenearz (if thats how you spell it ) ride, its silver with satin and your hood

Rusty,

I did it with a nice set of snips and patience. Drill into the thickest part of the opening for your screws. Good luck.

Hey, you ought to think about maybe waxing the inside of that hood once in a while...

Seriously, good job. If I had an extra SS grill, I would have cut it up for sure...

Rich,

Want a piece big enough to do it? Send me your mailing address. I would be proud to have a piece of Chikenear's truck on your red monster. We split royalties though.
