2001 Billet style lower grille

Is anyone interested in buying a 2001 lower billet style grille? My roommate has one. It's brand new. He's asking $200 neg.

is it factory or aftermarket? FORD sells this grille for135.00 brand new and most billet grilles are around 100.00 for the lower only.

the dealership he bought it at charged him $280. it is the stock grille
