quick ????
tonight whie coming home i was getting on the truck when all of a sudden i hear it detenate a little i instantly let up and all of a sudden i feel the hole truck start to vibrate and stutter and putt putt i drove it home real easy but if i gave it a little to much gas it would putt putt a little what could this be

I would start pulling plugs..cross your fingers and pray the electrodes are still there. Does't sound like the fuel pump hose blew off. They will only idle along if that happens. Whatever you find if you take it to the dealer put it back to stock.

How's your fuel pressure?
Make sure your chip didn't fall out a little.
Do you hear it missing?
What year is your truck?
If it's a 99-or 2000 you could have the dreaded fuel tank problem where one of the lines came loose. This is just a shot in the dark, its hard to tell without hearing and seeing the truck.
PS- Check your plugs. Bring it down to JDM, we can look at it.
Make sure your chip didn't fall out a little.

one other thing right before this i went to switch lanes around a slow poke and when i hit it to go around the whole rear hopped on me and it felt like the tire broke lose a little will it was hopping so i let right off then too . ps justin i will be there thurs i am not driving it till then thanks everyone and to thing i paid 90 bucks for it22's

That does sound like the fuel hose on the pumps let go. Same thing happened to CA, and she had those symptoms. Good Luck

Well I had a similar problem. I was being a bit showy with some fast pedal action, let it rest while in local Mall cmae out and started to smell burning oil smell and on drive back it would vibrate around 2k range badly. I had to always stay in boost at around 3k rpm to stop it from shaking so bad.
