1st Time Spark Plug Chance to TR6 .040 (2-1/2 Hours) no problems.

I'm not afraid of any Stinking Plugs (not anymore at least).
1st time Change, 2-1/2 hours start to finish, no problems at all. I didn't take a thing off except my Filter. The Passenger side was done in probably 30 to 40 minutes, but that driver’s side is a Mo Fo. Glad I listened to all of you, with a 2LB Upper and a 4LB Lower "YOU DO NEED COLDER PLUGS", mine were grayish white but not too bad, only been one week with the Lower Pulley and no major beating on it. Perfect even wear in all cylinders, nothing unusual. I want to thank EVERYONE for giving me the moral support, tricks of the trade, and link to Chucks Lightning Page (Thanks for the pictures Chuck) Haven't taken it out yet, but it sounds fine and idles great.
You guys are the best.
Rob

Congrats. Glad to hear you had no probs. I'm in the "3 hour club"
So I'm guessing you didn't put any anti-seize since 90% of the people told you not to. I did just because I plan on keeping them in for quite a while. Either way should be fine. I also went with the .40 gap
I'm jealous about the 'even wear'. My front passenger one looks like the elephant man version of a plug. Hopefully it was just a bad plug..........who knows
