The Mod Motor Class has always been the largest in Fun Ford
series.
We are only thirty trucks behind them so for to date after eight events .
I am hoping that the two largest Lightning Clubs in the world that we will have more trucks than MM in Texas .
This will give our class the largest Lightning class in the world.
We will see how Ford likes that in 2003.
We should have alot of trucks in Cordova.
We will be there next weekend.

lol..I am 127th.
How do they rank you? by your qualifying run?
I was surprised I was listed because I was unable to attend on Sunday.
And Good luck Jim, I am sure you will have another great turnout.

I have no idea what it means, there are some guys up there with #6533..I don't know if thats his ranking.
Well if anyone has an idea, let the rest of us know.
Maybe if we showed on Sunday, our numbers might be better; who knows

OK. I think this is the way the points work. You sign up for Top Truck at FFW and shazzam! You automatically get 20 points.
Show up for the first round of eliminations and lose, you get an additional 10 points. Win in the first round and you get 10 points more than the loser. So sign up 20 points, eliminated 1st round 30 points, win 1st round 40 points, eliminated second round 50 points, win second round 60 points. I think the points may be affected by the number of entrants, but I won't even go there.
Theoretically, you could sign up for each event (all ten) and finish in the point standing with a total of 200 having never made it to the starting line. So in short, you advance in the point standings because you attend the events. Numbers in the far left column are Top Truck numbers. Example: Go_rila is #64.
