Its a sad day when...

You see your lightning being towed away because it doesnt run. Seems like Ive have had every single TSB, Recall, and bad luck with my lightning.

And ever time i think 'well at least that can't break again'

Maybe its good that it breaks 12k miles before the warranty is out, but it sure does suck when your truck is down for weeks at a time waiting on backordered parts (last trip to dealer was 2.5 week trip, because all the peices they needed were backordered [seemingly suggesting that i am not the only one with that problem])

SOo anyway i sure hope this one is quick and painless because i haven't had my truck since tuesday...

(for those that are wondering, i now have the fuel line problem(in tank)

Hopefully it doesn't take too long. Take all your anger out on your loaner car. All I know is that if I ever have to wait 3 weeks for them to fix my truck, im gonna beat the hell out of the loaner. Offroading, mudding, and just plain old fun!

at least u havnt had to wait for a simple brake job gone bad.... it seems the goodyear place can't figure out that a 2001 lightning has different rotors than an f150.... same day job is now on its second day... hopefully it is done tommorow like they say..
