New Fogs

Well I went ahead and uninstalled my stock fogs.. so I could try somthing new. I installed a set of PIAA 510's in their place..Here's how they look

I used the stock holes for the old fog's to mount these, unfortunatly they now have a diagnal light pattern. The only way to fix it is drill a new hole in the mount, or drill new holes in the foglight housing to move the lense. They mounted pretty easily,I reversed the mounting bracket to get them to fit right.. Then used the PIAA kit and left all the old foglight wiring alone.. its just tucked up inside in case I decide I dont like these. So far so good.

They look nice. Can you let us know where you bought them and the cost? Also, get back to us in a couple of months and let us know if they have any cracks.

I got them at gus.com.. their service was ok. There were a few other places I misplaced the links to :\

You can get them in driving light ver:
http://www.gus.com/detail.asp?catego...u=AC-PIAA-5164

Or foglight ver:

I would be most interested in seeing how they hold up. Cracks and such. Thanks for the heads up

They look good and the lense looks like the 99-00 fog light lense.

Is it possible to change the bulb to a bluish tinting bulb or superwhites??

~Toast

They look nice and this is a mod I would greatly think about doing.

Im happy so far, I want to stress tho that the lenses should be mounted upright.. mine right now are mounted at an angle.. refer to the second pic in the first post (it was the only option) I will probably drill a 3rd hole on the top so I can mount them the proper way, its not that difficult to do. i think once thats done I'd never go back to stock
