need some opinions
Went and had some Denso Iridium plugs put in the other week. While this was being done, it was noticed that there was oil on the #8 plug. I saved the original plugs from the change. I later called up the local dealership and told them what had been found. The first thing I was told was to put the original plugs back in the truck and then bring it in and they would look at it. My questions are as follows:
1. Outside of losing the Denso's to a mechanic, why should I put the original plugs back in?.....
2. Is the person I was talking to on the phone most likely a service writer who is following the book?....
3. Everyone who I have talked to has said that changing spark plugs is not a violation of the warranty. Is this true or is it different from dealer to dealer?...
I have my own opinions, just wondering what you all think...

Put the stock plugs back in. Dont leave yourself open for any kind of warrenty denial. I would also take off any other mods you have on the truck.
