i will do this when i get done with school at start working at the dealership full time

Thumbs up No charge for training

Ford does not charge the dealerships for training. However the dealership usually pays the technicians for their time while they attend classes.

yeah dorf4, I think what wydopnthrotl was trying to say was that the dealership wasn't paying the techs to go to school as is the norm.

in this case the tech would have to loose pay by taking time away from work to go to classes. effectively charging the tech for the school. (even though, like you said they don't pay ford for the classes).
