I was planning on getting a 03 L but the said he can't get the L where I live (I live on a small island called Guam) so I was thinking of getting the F-150 5.4 so what would I do to make the motor like L I know I need the Blower and intercooler but what eles do I have to do

 

There are so many things in addition to the s/c and the i/c: different PCM, exhaust, gauges, transmission, etc. I surely wouldn't try it because I think you would just mess up your brand new regular F150. Who's going to do the installs and then work on it afterwards if there are no Ls on Guam?

You might try an auto broker. He should be able to get you a L and have it drop-shipped to your Ford dealer.
