I just wanted to see what my truck would look like with the 99 L rims and the 02 L rims. Thanks for all the help.

Its not the best pic, but while I was at a Ford dealership at like 1:00 am, I got to look closely at the L rims and really liked them, and I just wanted to see what they would look like on my old truck. There was also a 2003 Cobra and damn is that car sweet!!! I's still take an L, everybody has a fast truck, not many people have a real fast truck.

BTW is the bolt patter the same on the older trucks and are the bolts the same size, or will I have to get the replica rims off of Ebay that are supposed to fit the 91-96 f-150s

The bolt pattern did change..so you will have to get those rims off of e-bay. I would do 01/02 rims but I don't have a pic of them. I need a picture of them...I'll try to find one and do it for you.

After looking at the pics, I think the 99 L rims look the best. How long will F1s last? I cant spin my tires, so I wont be donating any rubber to the ground, so could I get over 30k?

I don't know about 30k...I know you could get 20k out of em....but 30 might be pushing it.

ASF makes the 99-00 style rims in the older 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. I haven't checked lately, but I don't think they make the 01-02 style for the older trucks.

Not so long because of the soft compound? Could you recommend any other brands that would hold up for a while. And are basically the same size 295/45ZR18??

i dont know what he was doing there but i remember a few weeks ago me and two friends were on our way back from a party and stopped by a ford dealership just to look around. my friend is looking for a cobra and the used dealership was right next to it so it gave us even more reason to stop...it was about 1:15am.

I like the 99/00 style wheels better then the 01/02 on your truck.

Toyo Prox 295-45X18 has a 420 wear rating vs the Goodyear 300.
