Second of all, you say your buddy was "thinking he was a punk" and "he doesn't like it when people go to street races looking to cause trouble"? Well it sounds like your buddy confronted this guy JUST ASKING FOR TROUBLE. Who made your buddy the Burnout Police anyway???
Now I'm not saying that the guy was right, or that he wasn't an idiot, but I'm saying watch out whose car you go approaching trying to teach them a lesson on how to act.
Next time they might be HIGH, or DRUNK, or JUST PLAIN STUPID ENOUGH to blast you or your buddy.
