vacumm leak ,ses light???

vacumm leak ,ses light???
hey guys
the other night on my way to work i jump on the highway
and look down and see the service engine light on,
next day light still on ,take it to the dealer,they said
they got a code for vacumm leak on the manifold?
i think thats what he said,they couldnt find it ,reset the light
and it hasnt came back on since,they said they called the ford tech hot line and was told it could be from overfilling the gas
tank ? they also said the truck had an aftermarket exhaust and air filter
any thoughts ,is it fine now ?
or is the light just reset,truck seems to be running fine.
btw 01 foglights are on national backorder

I fill mine to almost 'run-over' every third or fourth fill-up so I can accurately calculate the mpgs and have never had a SES light or carbon0cannister problem.
