picture of engine compartment braided hoses

Within the past several days I saw a picture on these boards of a Lightning that had braided steel hoses under the hood.
Now I can't locate it. If anyone here remembers seeing it, or if you posted it, would you please let me know where I can find it.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Marc

He posted pics before, it looked weird seeing an interior like that.

Running good Marc. I am FINALLY going ot put on my 4# pulley. No plans for Norwalk right now. Was going to make it for FFW but, my daughter got real sick with her Diabetes and we couldn't make it. When I do get to go, I'll post it and see if anyone else is going.

FYI the braided lines you see are just covers, not real braided hose with AN-type fittings. Looks nice, no other function.

I myself became infatuated with that same picture and started asking around at different Speed and Street Rod shops about getting it done. Every place I went told me they wouldn't be able to do a complete setup because a lot of pieces I needed weren't available. Every place recommended I use stailess sleeves. I wasn't really interested in that though.

Actually there is is place in Lexington that will do that for
ya ... VERY expensive, like $4,000 but all hoses and
connectors.

You can get the braided slip covers (that look exactly like that picture) at any AutoZone and PepBoys. They cost um, like $20 or something.

I believe I remember seeing under Bulldog's hood - he has a wicked setup. Real braided lines, etc. He also has his MAF and air filter almost immediately after the throttle body, to catch the cold air from his Cervini's hood....

Anyone have a pic they can post? Maybe the guy who posted the Truckputer stuff?

That pic...

He said they weren't sleeves... I haven't been able to find anyone here willing to do it.
