I know tampasvt fixed a chip. But whats the best way that i should fix it. Would i be better off just taking it to ford or take a chance and do it myself.

Are you asking for help installing a chip or what? If your chip is broke you need to go to the person you got it from not ford....

 

Im pretty sure that he means a chip in the paint. Rich just made a great post on how he fixes it thats why hes reffering to Tampa. As for what to do all i can tell you is if you have another car that is maybe your beater practice on there and see how it comes out if you are scared to do it on the Lightning.
